This role also supports ongoing safety initiatives, housekeeping improvements, and performs additional duties as assigned.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Compensation Data:Starting compensation for this role is $15.60 per hour and is eligible to earn a weekly Production Bonus and annual division earned Profit Sharing bonus. When factoring in the Production Bonus using a 4-year average, starting annual pay ranges between approximately $75,000 - $85,000 per year.Minimum Qualifications:1. Prior completion of Fork Lift training or successful completion within the first 3 months.
