Pay Rate: $28.00Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking an experienced Phlebotomist III to support a leading healthcare provider in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is ideal for candidates with advanced phlebotomy skills and a strong commitment to patient care and service excellence.As a Patient Services Representative III (PSR III), you will be responsible for collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing while maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment. You will interact directly with patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during each visit.Key Responsibilities:Perform skilled venipuncture, including pediatric and geriatric collections.Travel to multiple locations to provide coverage in PSCs, doctor's offices, and IOP sites.Verify patient information, label specimens accurately, and maintain documentation.Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.Mentor new team members and uphold company policies and leadership behaviors.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including capillary collections.2+ years in a Patient Service Center preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
