Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeA Clinical Liaison who excels in this role will: Leverage their clinical expertise to review and analyze insurance denials in order to initiate appeal letters. The candidate will understand federal requirements for inpatient rehabilitation facilities.♦ Maintain working knowledge of inpatient rehab criteria including Federal regulatory requirements and guidelines♦ Analyze denials of insurance, extract, and summarize essential medical information♦ Initiate appeal letters and briefs for denials♦ Ensures all appeals are completed within established timelines and in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements♦ Communicate appeals status with admissions teams, clinical liaisons, and DBDs♦ Maintain accurate records of appeals♦ Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills within the facility and with the public.♦ Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful conditions.♦ Consistently completes all assignments in a timely manner, is thorough and appropriately detailed.What we offerFundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
