Join our team of Adventure Guides for the opportunity to add outdoor adventure experience to your resume. Work with us in the beautiful outdoor setting of Oracle, just 45 minutes north of Tucson. Get paid to hike, zipline and create a lasting experience for you guests in the Sonoran Desert. We are currently hiring guides available Thursday-SundayAdventure Guide job duties:
  • Orienting guests with zipline gear, policies, and procedures.
  • Guiding guests through the Zipline EcoTour by providing information on the history and ecology of the area in a fun, engaging manner.
  • Maintaining the gear, equipment, zipline course, and general property.
  • Working long days (can be up to 11hrs/ day).
  • Assisting with general projects around the property.
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid/ CPR Certifications or willingness to obtain these
  • Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday)
  • Experience working in customer service
  • An open mind and willingness to learn new skills
  • Physically fit: capable of hiking, climbing a 50 ft. pole, lifting and carrying items 50+ pounds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be available on Sundays
Desired Skills:
  • Experience facilitating high and low ropes elements
  • Problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented, flexible, and a team player
  • Knowledge of the Southern Arizona ecology
  • Experience facilitating high and low ropes elements
