We’re Hiring an Experienced Commercial Superintendent — Ready to Jump In & Lead.A well-established, family-oriented commercial contractor is seeking a hands-on Commercial Superintendent to oversee private and municipal projects. This is an urgent hire for someone who’s not afraid to push schedules, own the jobsite, and drive projects to successful completion.What You’ll Need to Succeed:✔️ 10+ years in commercial construction (private & municipal projects)✔️ Strong with plans/specs — you don’t need a PM holding your hand✔️ Skilled in pushing schedules & holding teams/subcontractors accountable✔️ Subcontractor management ✔️ Multifamily project experience is a bonus✔️ Degree in Building/Civil Engineering preferred — OR you’re a proven field leader✔️ Hands-on superintendent who thrives on-site, not behind a deskTechnical Proficiency:

Procore (Required)
CMIC (Preferred)
Microsoft Project (Scheduling)
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office 365)
Primavera (Bonus)

Certifications (Must Have or Willing to Get):

OSHA 30 (Required)
GA Soil Erosion Blue Dirt Card (Plus)
