- Develop, implement, and lead the organization's employee relations strategy in alignment with business goals and HR priorities.
- Serve as an advisor to executives and managers on performance and employee relations matters, risk mitigation, and policy interpretation. Ensure investigations are conducted with fairness, consistency, and confidentiality, and that outcomes are appropriately documented.
- Partner with HR Leadership to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend proactive solutions.
- Work in partnership with the following:
- Team that identifies employee activities in hub locations that build camaraderie internally and in the community.
- Serves as the Campaign Coordinator for the Hibu United Way Campaign
- Team responsible for responding to agency and legal employment-related claims made against the organization in a thorough and timely manner.
- Develop and implement training programs for managers on employee relations best practices.
- Ensure programs and practices are in place to maintain a legally compliant environment, including the employee handbook, ethics hotline and other appropriate training programs.
- Monitor turnover, identify trends and partner with senior leaders to put programs in place to reduce turnover and engage employees.
- Ensure appropriate and effective performance management, including objective setting, processes and tools are in place to drive high performance and recognition.

- 7-10 years professional HR experience, with at least 5 years of working successfully with senior leaders in an organiztion.
- Proven expertise in employment law, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy administration.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct work of self and others in various professional and tactical functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to make decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
- Experience and ability to exercise judgement and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with major course work in Business or Human Resource Management (or closely related field).
- Human Resources Certification
