As the first and last point of contact for many of our service customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring their experience is smooth, professional, and positive.What You'll DoCashier Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Process customer payments (cash, card, or check) quickly and accurately.
  • Keep clear and accurate records of daily transactions.
  • Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of the day.
Appointment Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
  • Provide information about available services and confirm appointment details.
  • Communicate with the service team to help keep appointments on track.
Additional Support
  • Step in as a backup receptionist when needed.
  • Help with incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with other administrative or customer service tasks as needed.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to independently problem solve.
