As the first and last point of contact for many of our service customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring their experience is smooth, professional, and positive.What You'll DoCashier Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Process customer payments (cash, card, or check) quickly and accurately.
- Keep clear and accurate records of daily transactions.
- Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of the day.
- Answer phones and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
- Provide information about available services and confirm appointment details.
- Communicate with the service team to help keep appointments on track.
- Step in as a backup receptionist when needed.
- Help with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with other administrative or customer service tasks as needed.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
- Basic computer and math skills for scheduling and handling payments.
- A team player who's eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
- Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus but not required.
