- Ensures proper staffing based on skills and production demands
- Recommends solution configurations to Sales and Customers
- Acts as a consultant to improve customer business processes
- Resolves pricing, order, and invoicing issues in collaboration with Sales
- Motivates and recognizes employees in a timely manner
- Communicates job expectations and consequences clearly
- Trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates staff to improve output and quality
- Completes site reports and necessary paperwork
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related experience
- At least 1 year of experience managing a production and/or customer service team
- Experience delivering training sessions (formal or informal)
- Experience operating advanced machines and performing complex jobs
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate across all levels of management and with external vendors
- Skilled in interpreting and conveying complex information
