Polaris is seeking an Associate Purchasing Analyst to join the team at the Plymouth, MN location! If you have a supply chain background, excel at problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Role Overview:As an Associate Purchasing Analyst, you will manage Parts, Garments & Accessories (PG&A) suppliers to ensure timely product delivery to Polaris distribution centers. You’ll work closely with demand planning analysts to balance inventory levels, service objectives, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to improve performance and resolve backorder issues
  • Review and approve purchase orders while optimizing inventory levels
  • Analyze system recommendations and collaborate with demand planning analysts to enhance accuracy
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and order quantities to benefit Polaris
  • Ensure data integrity in supplier systems, including cost, MOQ, and lead times
  • Proactively communicate urgent issues and support cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year of experience in supply chain management (MRP, logistics, inventory management)
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems independently
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
