Location: Eugene, OR and surrounding service areas
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (Hours vary depending on business needs; overtime may be required)
Pay: $25 - $30/hr (DOE)

This role requires excellent technical skills, clear communication, and a dedication to getting the job done right the first time.   • Diagnose and repair HVAC and ductless systems efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain repair recommendations
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled appointments
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Keep company vehicles and workspaces organized and clean
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and ductless systems
  • Participate in company-provided training and team meetings
#HVACQualifications
  • Previous HVAC experience, relevant experience, or relevant education
  • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
