MAT is responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing operations through technology solutions. The team partners closely with Marketing, Product, and Technology stakeholders to deliver scalable platforms, actionable insights, and process improvements.The Marketing Operations Product team within MACX is hiring a System Analyst & Project Manager to support the Adobe Workfront Project Team. This role will report directly to the Marketing Operations Product Lead, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Senior Adobe Workfront Product Owner. The role will serve as a critical liaison between our Marketing Process Owners, Business Teams, and Development Teams, ensuring seamless translation of business needs into actionable technical requirements. The work will span across business analysis, project management, and operational support for Adobe Workfront.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Function as a liaison between Marketing operations and technology to translate and support smooth interactions across both teams for successful collaboration.
  • Develop functional specifications, use cases, workflow diagrams and support documentation.
  • Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to support strategic decisions.
Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Serving as the Adobe Workfront Project Manager, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of Workfront initiatives.
  • Hosting weekly team scrums, managing Jira boards, grooming backlogs, and monitoring project burn down.
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements and use cases from Marketing Process Owners and Business Teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing operations, IT, Marketing technology and key stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Supporting access management processes, ensuring appropriate user provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Maintaining and updating the Adobe Workfront User SharePoint site with training materials, documentation, and access resources.
  • Providing Q&A support to product users and interfacing with shared support teams for issue resolution.
  • Assisting in developing and delivering training sessions for new and existing Workfront users and promoting adoption of Workfront best practices across teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activitiesPreferred Skills/Experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Jira
  • Experience supporting enterprise workflow platforms and marketing operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and documentation
  • Demonstrated influence without authority
  • Adept at stakeholder engagement, consensus-building, and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Marketing operations and project management solutions such as Adobe Workfront.
  • Experience with SharePoint site management and user access controls
  • Knowledge/training equivalent to at least one advanced certification in Agile or project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
