- Write creative and engaging content for employer branding campaigns targeted at potential candidates.
- Write stories highlighting the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.
- On occasion craft captivating social media copy for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to showcase our employer brand.
- Create compelling event recap narratives to share the company experience with prospective candidates.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align content with recruitment goals and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Platform team to align content with marketing goals and strategies.
- Ghostwrite thought leadership articles and posts for executives to enhance their LinkedIn branding presence and establish them as industry leaders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and employer branding to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams including Marketing, Communications, and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in content writing, copywriting, or marketing, preferably in employer branding or talent acquisition.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Strong storytelling abilities with the capability to craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of their respective best practices for content engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with executive ghostwriting or content creation is a plus.
- Passion for entertainment and technology industries is desirable.
