- Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness
- program.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures.
- Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
- Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources. Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the state of Wisconsin or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing required.
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in the field of the primary work required.
