Accounts Payable Analyst Opportunity Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Analyst who is very hands-on and directly responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the financial records of the Company. This individual is results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals and deadlines.Job Duties:
Record, verify, and post customer payments.
Maintain and update customer records including name, address, and credit limit.
Create and maintain aging reports to track customer and payment status.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and collection status.
Coordinate with branches on customer status and payments.
Assist with internal and external audit requests with an eye for detail.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would hold a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in accounting or finance; two years of experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with accounting software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
