Create high-quality technical deliverables including calculations, construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, bringing creativity and technical expertise to sustainable design solutions that align with industry codes and client expectations. Support project execution, monitoring scope, schedule, and budget to help deliver successful outcomes. Travel (up to 25%) for site visits, design meetings, and construction oversight activities -bringing your expertise into real-world application. To succeed in this role, you should bring proficiency in structural design software, particularly STAAD Pro, along with practical experience using AutoCAD and Revit. A thorough understanding of relevant codes and standards-such as the International Building Code (IBC) and American Concrete Institute (ACI) guidelines-is essential. You will be expected to demonstrate your ability to prepare and review a wide range of engineering documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules. Strong written and verbal communication skills are key, especially in the context of technical writing and documentation. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field 8 years of structural engineering design experience, preferably supporting water/wastewater infrastructure projects Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline EIT certification or PE license strongly preferred
