Tuesday-Friday, 5:00 PM-5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Friday/Saturday 5:00 AM-5:00 PM and Sunday/Monday 5:00 PM-5:00 AM (Split Shift)
Location: Kansas City, MOJob Duties and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and fixtures
Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Investigate recurring maintenance problems and recommend corrective actions
Assist in continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance
Utilize manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
Provide support during equipment installations or upgrades
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or related field (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial maintenance
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
