A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEAt Naturescape, your day is about more than just answering the phone, it's about making a real impact. You'll be supported by a close-knit team that wants to see you succeed.Your mornings will start with checking in on customer emails and voicemails, you'll respond with care, offering solutions that genuinely help. As a vital team member, you will look for sales opportunities for our services to fulfill our customers' needs and aspirations. Your goal is to build long-term relationships with them by helping them create a haven where they can enjoy their beautiful lawn and landscape. Behind the scenes, you will help ensure the branch runs smoothly by processing small amounts of mail daily. During the winter months, you'll play a key role in reconnecting with our customers to ensure they're set up for the season ahead.You will become comfortable having real conversations with people (even the hard ones) and not be afraid to ask for the sale. At our branch, you'll play a key role in both sales and customer service, and you don't need a background in either to succeed. We're seeking someone with:
  • Strong communication skills (phone and email)
  • A positive mindset, with a solution-focused attitude
  • Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
  • Computer and typing skills
  • The confidence to try new things and be willing to let us teach you the rest
In this role, you will typically work 29 hours per week Monday through Thursday in between of the times of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.We value people who are willing to learn and grow, so you don't need to know everything about lawn care or the above topics.
