Our services will have to scale to support the entire company and provide visibility and deep insights into system availability, including performance, health, and throughput. Use cloud design patterns to deliver secure, highly available, resilient, performant, scalable, and easily maintainable services. Drive coherent architecture across subsystems, often working cross-team with multiple developers.
Develop complete design that satisfy customer, engineering, and operational requirements, including producing development specifications and driving specifications reviews.
Deliver high quality code, testing and deployment to production.
Help evolve development guidelines, practices and principles for a world where services development and delivery is moving faster than ever.
Contribute to an inclusive culture of growth mindset, iterate fast and learn from feedback, mutual respect, trust and appreciation; deliver results thru teamwork and collaboration.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience creating and implementing code for a product, service, or feature.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with cloud tech (IaaS, PaaS or SaaS), including data technologies.
An ability to perform at a high level, in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Independent, capable of creating clarity and making sound, data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, drive positive change, and be open to change
Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
