- Support varying procurement programs and initiatives
- Understand and conduct all business in accordance with the Point32Health Code of Conduct and Procurement Policies & Procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Perform duties of P-Card administrator
- Manage the overall Point32Health P-Card program, including regular audits of purchase data and overall monitoring of the P-Card system
- Perform monthly closing activities and reporting as required
- Support administrative data collection and review in various procurement systems, including determination of Purchase Order status in AP system
- Facilitate the vendor risk assessment process for new vendors, liaising with vendors, stakeholders, and Point32Health security & privacy teams to ensure organizational risk is managed
- Issue and file vendor assessments and documentation for various stakeholders
- Assist with centralizing vendor database
- Conduct analysis in Excel and other tools to support procurement activities including spend analytics, budget analysis, bid analysis, etc.
- Perform various analysis related to pricing, billing, utilization, etc.
- Competitively bid and document purchases in compliance with Procurement Policies & Procedures
- Work with business owners to understand and document purchase requirements
- Accurately communicate verbally and in writing, specification and other information that vendors need in order to provide quotes, RFP responses and other information
- Perform initial vendor screening, evaluation, and selection to find the best source to meet business objectives
- Prepare appropriate documentation, including Purchase Orders for various goods and services that protects Point32Health’s interest
- Monitor and expedite delivery of goods and services to meet business requirements
- Resolve discrepancies, solve problems, and negotiate settlements in Point32Health’s best interest related to vendor invoices, inventory and other goods & services
- Work with suppliers and key stakeholders to manage supplier performance
- Develop, produce and deliver supplier information and metrics to all levels of management, thereby ensuring SLAs and/or KPIs are met.
- Run reports, assist with presentation slide development, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, STEM) preferred
- 0-3 years of professional experience, preferably within procurement, project management, or consulting
- Previous experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Oracle, Sharepoint preferred but not required
- Strong analytics skills; ability to use Excel, Tableau, etc
- Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic
- Strong project management skills, including ability to create and manage project plans
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across teams and facilitate efficiency initiatives
- Must be extremely organized and have the ability to manage work across programs and have strong follow through
