This is a full-time position with a four-day work week. This position requires excellent communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to explain treatment costs and payment options in a clear and compassionate way.Responsibilities:Enter contracts into PM software (Focus).Process payments and maintain accurate financial records. * Administration (EPIC4)
Balance end of day transactions
Close out cc terminal
Deposit checks online using scanner
Make deposit slip for daily cash received
Post end of day financials on EPIC4 spreadsheet
Insurance
File initial claim
File continuation of treatment
Post insurance claim payments
Verify Insurance
Manage changes (annually / as needed)
Accounts receivable
Review all patient accounts
Manage delinquent accounts
Follow up with text / calls / statements
Communicate with clinical team regarding next visits
