- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or a related field is required.
- Minimum of (5) years of administrative experience in a health care setting is required.
- Current California Nursing Home Administrator License is required.
- Experience in developing an operative budget and operating a facility within constraints is required.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing the operations of skilled nursing facilities (OSHA, ADA, EEOC, Wage & Hour, etc.) is required.
- Knowledge of Title 22 SNF, federal OBRA and TJC regulations is required.
