We have an 88-bed adult Subacute Unit / SAU in our Hospital, and a 63-bed Freestanding Subacute Center.providing services for both adult and pediatric patients.You will direct the operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance, work with Sr. Leadership on strategy and key initiatives, and work with the Subacute Nursing Director, Subacute Nurse Managers, and other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care.If you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us.Benefits and offerings for this position include (plus much more!):

QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of (5) years of administrative experience in a health care setting is required.
Required Licensure:
  • Current California Nursing Home Administrator License is required.
Required Special Skills:
  • Experience in developing an operative budget and operating a facility within constraints is required.
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing the operations of skilled nursing facilities (OSHA, ADA, EEOC, Wage & Hour, etc.) is required.
  • Knowledge of Title 22 SNF, federal OBRA and TJC regulations is required.
