We're looking to add a Senior Mortgage Banker to our management team.Position can be located at any of our branches in Colorado or NebraskaPOSITION SUMMARY: Coordinates and supervises mortgage banking and related deposit/fee income/referral activities of the Mortgage Team in accordance with the bank's strategic plan, credit culture and core values. Coaches and develops bankers to develop new business and maintain/maximize existing portfolios. Contributes to a cohesive staffing team within the System between locations, as necessary. Supports team leaders by providing adequate tools, implementing operational efficiencies, and empowering them to make timely decisions. Ensures that credit quality guidelines are met/monitored.This position would manage team members between Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas. Ability to travel extensively is necessary.
