As an Operations & Enrollment Coordinator, you will oversee both the daily operations of the center and the growth of student enrollment. This is a hybrid role that combines administrative responsibilities, customer service, and sales/outreach.We offer a competitive base hourly wage plus performance bonuses. This compensation structure rewards your organizational skills as well as your initiative in driving growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy a mix of operations management and community engagement-and who are motivated to be rewarded for their results.Primary ResponsibilitiesCenter Operations
  • Open and close the center during assigned shifts.
  • Greet students and parents warmly, manage check-in, and assign seating.
  • Keep the learning environment organized and running smoothly.
  • Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Support instructors with materials and daily logistics.
Customer Service & Enrollment
  • Serve as the first point of contact for families, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule free assessments and conduct enrollment consultations with parents.
  • Proactively follow up with prospective families to drive enrollment.
  • Manage referral programs, promotions, and parent communications.
Community Outreach
  • Represent Mathnasium at local schools, PTA meetings, and community events.
  • Organize family-friendly events (e.g., Math Nights, school fairs) to promote Mathnasium.
  • Build strong relationships with local educators and families.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated by both teamwork and performance incentives.
  • Comfortable working independently and representing the center in the community.
