Rokt’stars constantly strive to raise the bar, pushing the envelope of what is possible.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Rokt ThanksTotal Compensation between: $310,000 - $385,000, which includes a fixed annual salary between $210,000-$260,000, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.Rokt Thanks empowers ecommerce brands to unlock new revenue and delight customers in the moments that matter most—right at the transaction moment. By leveraging AI and a scaled ecommerce network, Rokt Thanks delivers ultra-relevant offers, rewards, and experiences on confirmation and post-transaction pages, turning routine checkouts into opportunities for surprise, engagement, and brand loyalty. In a world overwhelmed by choice, Rokt Thanks cuts through the noise to make every transaction feel personal, memorable, and valuable—for both customers and our partners.As a Product Manager for Rokt Thanks, you’ll own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for products that transform the post-transaction experience for millions of ecommerce shoppers. You’ll creatively set ambitious goals, bring clarity to complex challenges, and deliver features that solve real customer problems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and build trusted relationships with both internal and client executives, communicating direction and impact concisely. Your strong business acumen and ability to quickly master new domains will make you a subject matter expert and strategic partner, directly driving growth for global brands.What we’re looking for in a Senior/Staff Product Manager
  • You will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Rokt Thanks, shaping innovative post-transaction experiences that deliver measurable value for ecommerce partners and their customers.
  • Strive to set ambitious, creative goals informed by AI-driven insights and a deep understanding of the evolving commerce landscape.
  • Solve complex, ambiguous problems unique to optimizing the transaction moment, bringing clarity and direction to the team.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and senior client executives, ensuring alignment and shared success.
  • Deliver impactful features and products at scale, with a proven ability to turn customer and partner needs into tangible outcomes.
  • Demonstrate business acumen across domains, quickly mastering new concepts and becoming a trusted advisor to clients and cross-functional teams.
RequirementsAbout you
  • 6+ years as a product manager in a high-growth tech company or other relevant organization, or other relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. science, engineering, computer science)
  • Experience or existing knowledge in Ecommerce is desirable
  • Experience launching two-sided B2B marketplaces is a plus
