- Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and manage project execution to ensure timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Agile Coaching: Educate and coach team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and self-organization.
- Scrum Facilitation: Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clarity and prioritization of user stories.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress and productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team progress and performance metrics. Track project lessons learned and share those lessons with team members.
- Change Management: Manage and coach the change process and approve releases to Production environments.
- Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Help to ensure that all development activity is aligned with both SOX and FDA procedures.
- Strong Organization: Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Relationship Management: Assist the Sr. Manager with vendor management, contract negotiation and communications with those vendors
- Five or more years of project management and Scrum Master roles within an Agile environment.
- 3-5 years in a project management role with IT Systems, Network, Security, and/or Service Desk projects.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence or similar.
- Experience operating within a regulated environment, specifically SOX and FDA.
- ITIL certification
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent.
- Demonstrated IT project management experience, preferably in the healthcare field.
