- Leads customer management activities for assigned bottler sales purchasers and CCCI plant centers (PC)s by managing weekly order receipts following service level agreements (SLA)
- Reviews and monitors orders for any duplicate orders receipts, identifying allocation misalignments and, or improper weights; completing audits to ensure frequent parcels are not ordered and checks against multiple line items across multiple orders are adjusted to the same load
- Works directly with bottler sales customers to adjust or correct any identified discrepancies
- Develops purchaser relationships and supports purchaser service initiatives through the timely and effective management of high-volume daily email correspondences and processes sample order requests from bottler sales purchasers
- Supports team with strategic initiatives and reporting needs, including but not limited to holiday planning, plant consolidation initiatives; any purchased item reporting needs; researching and resolving any critical exceptions, any authorized material list (AML)s changes or data load errors
- Monitors deliveries and manage any outside bottler sales account-specific deliveries not in alignment with the Purchaser Pick-up Authorization or Red Classic Transportation agreements
- Monitors deliveries that are tendered to Red Classic Transportation and Product Supply Planning Logistics teams
- Assists bottler sales purchasers with transportation requests and any load problems to ensure bottler sales purchaser needs are met
- Facilitates Production Capacity and product availability by collaborating with the Product Supply Production Scheduling team on production capacity, moving or canceling purchaser orders, communicating any requested revisions, and handling an emergency load or add-in requests
- Analyzes and forecasts future purchases of new SKU launches and partners with scheduling to meet future demand, while communicating any discontinued SKUs planned for deletion
- Monitors the return of dunnage loads by comparing purchased vs. returned dunnage
- Provides approval with the Purchasers for the returns of dunnage
- Supports billing resolutions by reconciling sales invoices against submitted purchaser Bottler Return Form (BRFs) for discrepancies on orders, researching discrepancies with warehouse, and tracking and monitoring the purchased vs returned dunnage
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Management, or other Bottler or Transportation Industry
- 2-5 years of Business and Analytical, Planning Experience in a demanding environment
- Knowledge of Planning Systems and use of Microsoft Office Products
- Strong written and oral communication skills - including cross-functionally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented & possess the ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to prioritize time in a dynamic environment

- The Product Supply Bottler Sales Business Analyst must be able to perform a robust evaluation of order management and provide stellar customer service. This role coordinates multi-facets of bottler sales planning to support new item SKU launches, strategic collaboration to support sales initiatives, and drives optimal forward deployment planning to support our internal and external partner's execution strategies
