Our team members are the heart and soul of our success, consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences and outstanding service to our clients and their passengers across North and Latin America.Role Purpose StatementWe are seeking a dedicated Safety Clerk/Coordinator to join our team.This is a Field position with responsibility for monitoring driver SOP and working with the department to ensure compliance; in addition to maintaining and monitoring employee safety within our buildings.The ideal candidate will have a background in ramp or safety experience or have recently supervisory experience.You must be able to work 4am to 12:30pm or 3pm to 11:30pm (Schedule will be either Wednesday through Sunday or Thursday through Monday) and be available to work nights and weekends as operations require.Perks:

- Responsible for SOP training for all new drivers and re-training of drivers
- Responsible for updating and maintaining all driver files
- Processing of all Port Authority/Customs identifications
- Ensure all State inspections, registrations and Insurance ID's for trucks are current
- Responsible for ensuring all drivers adhere to A-1 Inspection procedures
- Assist the Ramp Safety Supervisor as needed and perform other clerical duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mus possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain Airport SIDA badge and CBP Customs Seal within 30 days of hire
- 3-5 years of safety experience preferred; AOA ramp experience may be substituted year for year for Safety experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and other computer applications
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups - must be flexible
- Open availability, ability to work nights and weekends as operations require
- Usual shift will be 4am - 1230pm and schedule will be either Wed-Sun or Thurs-Mon
