- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets within your assigned region. Collaborate on a global scale.
- Develop business in both new and existing accounts.
- Establish, maintain and leverage existing industry connections.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the region, including new customer acquisition and existing customer growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed.
- Help drive compliant usage of CRM system - and establish foundation for long term growth.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our client's products and build brand awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- MBA or Masters degree is a large plus.
- 5+ years of outside / regional sales experience.
- 3+ year background in metal machinery / selling machinery.
- Track record of outperforming quota, and YoY growth in region.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Experience working for an international organization a huge plus.
