Psychology. Assistant Professor of Psychology, tenure-track position, to start in September, 2026. Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology or related field required. All areas of cognitive psychology will be considered; specialization in cognitive development would be a plus. Teach seven courses per academic year, including Human Cognition, Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods and Statistics, and courses in the area of interest and expertise of the applicant. Ability to teach Developmental Psychology along with advanced statistics and methodology courses for our Bachelor of Science track would strengthen an application. Preference will be given to candidates with an interest and ability to develop an active program of research with undergraduate student involvement.Eckerd College, the only independent national liberal arts college in Florida, has a tradition of innovative education and excellence in teaching and mentoring.
