My client is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily plant operations including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and logistics. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.The Plant Manager will report directly into the CEO and be responsible for:
  • Oversee daily plant operations including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
  • Drive productivity, throughput, and process optimization using Lean/Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of supervisors, operators, and technicians.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and capacity planning initiatives.
  • Identify and implement best practices to scale production and improve margins.

  • Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering. Operations Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in high-precision, high-volume environments.
  • Proven track record of managing plant P&L, labor, safety, and quality metrics.
  • Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, or medical component manufacturing is highly desirable.
