- Responsible for the architecture, design and management of manufacturing process control networks, such as, Ethernet, Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus Ethernet, etc
- Integrate, setup and monitor process control systems, such as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA), Human Machine Interface software (HMI), Programable Logical Controllers (PLC)
- Monitoring, and troubleshooting of industrial operational systems, such as, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Process Information Systems (Level 2) and Process Data Acquisition (PDA)
- Implement and manage industrial network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, Commvault, Asset Centre and packet analyzers to ensure operational integrity.
- Program and setup Rockwell Stratix Ethernet Switches.
- Provide daily operational support of process controls systems and the network and infrastructure that support them.
- Configure and manage OT specific cybersecurity devices - good, including industrial firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and Security Information to protect critical process control systems and ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards
- Design, Implement and support IT/OT convergence projects to ensure secure, reliable and seamless communication between business networks and industrial control systems
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years related experience, Operational Technology preferred
- Allen-Bradley Rockwell software installation and setup (Factory Talk View, RsView32, RsLogix 5, 500, 5000) experience required
- Software Environment; installation, configuration and troubleshooting of: Windows OS, Microsoft SQL, SolarWinds, etc. experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
