
Senior Contract Manager

- Support the full lifecycle of federal contracts and subcontracts, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and administration.
- Maintain organized and compliant contract files, ensuring alignment with FAR/DFARS and organizational standards.
- Manage document control processes for contract records, modifications, and supporting documentation.
- Upload, track, and maintain contract documents within the Cobblestone Contract Management System, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Assist in the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of contract templates, checklists, and procedures.
- Interface with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, operations, and business development) to ensure contract compliance and support audits or internal reviews.
- Monitor contract deadlines, deliverables, and reporting requirements using Cobblestone or other tracking systems.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and risk assessments for active agreements as needed.
- Support task order issuance and management under Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
- Maintain current knowledge of federal contracting regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with the FAR, DFARS, and other federal acquisition regulations.
- Experience with document control procedures and systems in a federal contracting environment.
- Cobblestone Contract Management System experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Cobblestone preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in contract management, with at least 5 years managing U.S. federal government contracts (preferably in the healthcare sector).
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various CRM and software programs (example Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Salesforce.com)
- Experience selling consulting services would be advantageous
- Experience in the Maritime Industry (Tugs/Offshore) would be advantageous
- Associate's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in contract administration, with at least 2 years supporting federal contracts.
- Excellent written and oral English
- Up to 25% of travel time both domestically and international
- Travel to Intl.SOS locations within the USA and abroad will be required from time to time
