Employ Partners, Inc. is are seeking professional and experienced Receptionists and Administrative Assistants for temporary assignments. These positions are typically short-term coverage for staff on vacation or out sick.

The Receptionist / Office Assistant will:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming office visitors
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls
  • Set up meetings, confirm appointments, and coordinate schedules of staff
  • Assist in administrative projects primarily using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Be willing to jump between tasks and handle a changing workflow
Receptionist / Office Assistant Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Administrative Assistant or Receptionist experience
  • Ability to confidently answer a multi-line phone system
  • Must have a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality
  • Well-spoken and friendly phone presence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn in a hands-on manner
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
