The Receptionist / Office Assistant will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming office visitors
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Set up meetings, confirm appointments, and coordinate schedules of staff
- Assist in administrative projects primarily using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Be willing to jump between tasks and handle a changing workflow
- 2+ years of Administrative Assistant or Receptionist experience
- Ability to confidently answer a multi-line phone system
- Must have a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Well-spoken and friendly phone presence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn in a hands-on manner
- Intermediate MS Office skills
