- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a campaign or media execution role.
- Experience building go-to-market plans and working cross-functionally with teams (creative, analytics, paid media, CRM/email).
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or subscription-based businesses.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS tools, Looker, Tableau or similar platforms).
- Experience planning, building, and running AB tests.
- A proactive, self-motivator who can take direction and produce tangible results.
- Ability to anticipate and accommodate needs, requests, and issues.
- Creative confidence and an ability to contribute ideas in a creative group atmosphere.
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as a hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
- Must be willing to work in the Orlando, FL office.
