B.A.H. Express, Inc. is seeking experienced and reliable CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers to join our growing fleet based out of Conley/Atlanta, GA. In this role, you'll run consistent routes across 14 states, enjoy weekly 34-hour resets at home, and benefit from no-touch, non-hazardous freight — all while earning $85K-$100K+ annually through base pay and mileage bonuses. We are a family-owned, safety-focused, super-regional carrier with over 27 years of experience and a commitment to treating drivers with the respect and support they deserve.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate safely and efficiently across designated OTR routes (14-state region)
  • Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries (no-touch, non-hazmat freight)
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatch and follow all FMCSA/HOS regulations
  • Attend paid orientation in Conley, GA (1.5 days, held Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Compensation & Perks:
  • Base Pay: $0.65 CPM
  • Mileage Bonus: $0.70 CPM for drivers averaging 2,851+ miles/week
  • Minimum Weekly Guarantee: $1,300 (must accept all planned loads and be available for 70 hours per HOS)
  • Annual Pay Range: $85,000-$100,000+
  • Weekly Home Time: 34-hour reset

Qualifications:
  • CDL-A License
  • Minimum 18 months of recent verifiable OTR experience
  • Must be 23 years or older
  • Must be able to drive a manual 10-speed transmission
