- Support requirements definition for new labs and missile tests, development of an Integrated Test Program Plan, and various levels of involvement in test execution.
- Perform systems hardware/software integration, test planning, and execution
- Support the development of products needed to conduct missile hardware/software testing at factory and the launch sites
- Support the generation of system test requirements
- Have excellent organization and troubleshooting skills and be proficient in understanding hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities
- 2+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 0 years with a MS degree (must meet all Basic Qualifications)
- Experience with one or more Systems Integration functions including:
b.) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development
c.) System Integration, Test and/or Verification
d.) Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies
- Experience or familiarity with testing and problem solving for integrated systems
- Active Top Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required
- Experience in Space Vehicle (SV) Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, and electrical ground test equipment
- Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
- Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
- Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
