Location: Juno Beach, FLSchedule: Standard Office HoursDuration: 12-Month ContractPay Rate Range: $47.00/ph - $52.00/phJob Summary:This role focuses on driving innovation and managing pilot projects in renewable energy and digital technologies. The position involves researching, designing, and implementing novel solutions across areas such as solar PV, energy storage, wind, and transmission systems. The employee will act as a subject matter expert, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance digital transformation and business innovation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead innovation efforts in assigned technical areas.
  • Manage projects and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams without direct reports.
  • Research, design, and test technology-driven solutions for energy-related challenges.
  • Develop and maintain production-level code (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
  • Integrate automation and advanced tools to improve processes.
  • Define technology roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Communicate technical findings to stakeholders and provide data-driven insights.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong background in IT, cloud architecture, software development, and DevOps.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, APIs, and code repositories (e.g., GitHub).
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to drive organizational transformation.
  • Preferred: PowerApps/Power Automate, VBA, and experience with large-scale data analysis.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field (ABET-accredited).
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Master's degree with 4+ years or Doctorate with 3+ years.
