  • 8+ years minimum work experience in an architecture firm (3+ years residential preferred)
  • Excellent project management and administrative capabilities
  • Ability to independently and collaboratively work through all phases of a project
  • Ability to produce accurate, highly detailed construction documentation sets
  • Experience managing staff, multiple clients, contractors, and collaborators simultaneously
  • Capacity to perform due-diligence studies and permitting coordination
  • Have a strong work ethic and be able to tackle all assignments autonomously
  • Demonstrate design talents that contribute to all aspects of placemaking
  • Be able to adapt to the dynamic needs of the firm and its clients
  • Architectural license preferred
  • Hybrid-In-Office and Remote flexible work schedule
Technical / Software skills:
  • Revit (required), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe suite, SketchUp, Graphic/Rendering software.
