The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency, improving processes, and leading diverse teams. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence.Pay: $24.00-$25.00/hrKey Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking employees and clients.
  • Utilize WMS and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and drive performance.
  • Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Manage labor schedules and resource allocation to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in improving warehouse operations and team performance.
  • Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices.
  • Familiarity with EDI and TMS systems.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
