- Associates Degree in Business, Finance or related field from an accredited educational institution.
- Two years of current ambulance/medical billing experience, OR one year of current ambulance/medical billing experience and NAAC certified as an Ambulance Coder.
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or job-related experience that meets the minimum qualifications may be substituted.
- National Academy of Ambulance Compliance (NAAC) as a Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) within 6 months of hire.
- Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work.
