POSITION SUMMARY:The Executive Assistant to the Director of Finance provides high-level administrative and analyticalsupport to the leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail,and the ability to handle sensitive information in a highly regulated gaming environment. The positioninvolves research, contract administration, document management, and ensuring compliance withgaming regulations and internal controls.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensures compliance with the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe of Indians – State of Washington
Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations, and The Point Casino & Hotel policies andprocedures.
  • Research contractual obligations and regulatory requirements to ensure organizational
compliance.
  • Prepare detailed summaries and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and updates that may impact casino operations.
  • Assist with preparation of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate contract review processes, ensuring proper routing for legal and executive approval.
  • Track contract timelines, renewal dates, and key milestones requirements.
  • Maintain organized contract filing system and ensure proper document retention.
  • Coordinate signature collection and execution of agreements.
  • Format, edit, and proofread Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal control
documents.
  • Maintain version control and distribution of updated policies and procedures.
  • Manage executive calendar and coordinate meetings for the Director of Finance and other
executive leadership.
  • Arrange comprehensive travel for directors, including flights, accommodations, ground
transportation, and itinerary coordination.
  • Prepare and process expense reports for directors, ensuring compliance with company policies
and proper documentation.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items.

  • Serve as liaison between the finance department and other organizational departments as
directed.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

  • Strong ability to conduct thorough research using various sources and synthesize complex
information.
  • Exceptional accuracy in document review, formatting, and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial and legal information with discretion.
  • Advances skills in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, and database
applications.
  • Superior ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
EDUCATION AND SKILLSEducation Required:Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.Experience:
  • Minimum three - five years of executive assistant experience, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or
highly regulated industry.
  • Experience with contract management or legal document processing.
Other Requirements:
  • Must qualify and receive a Class III gaming license issued by the Washington State Gambling
Commission and a Class III gaming license issued by the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission.
  • Must be able to consent and pass a hair follicle drug and alcohol screening as a condition of
employment.
