- Research contractual obligations and regulatory requirements to ensure organizational
- Prepare detailed summaries and recommendations based on research findings.
- Monitor regulatory changes and updates that may impact casino operations.
- Assist with preparation of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate contract review processes, ensuring proper routing for legal and executive approval.
- Track contract timelines, renewal dates, and key milestones requirements.
- Maintain organized contract filing system and ensure proper document retention.
- Coordinate signature collection and execution of agreements.
- Format, edit, and proofread Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal control
- Maintain version control and distribution of updated policies and procedures.
- Manage executive calendar and coordinate meetings for the Director of Finance and other
- Arrange comprehensive travel for directors, including flights, accommodations, ground
- Prepare and process expense reports for directors, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items.

- Strong ability to conduct thorough research using various sources and synthesize complex
- Exceptional accuracy in document review, formatting, and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial and legal information with discretion.
- Advances skills in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, and database
- Superior ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Minimum three - five years of executive assistant experience, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or
- Experience with contract management or legal document processing.
- Must qualify and receive a Class III gaming license issued by the Washington State Gambling
- Must be able to consent and pass a hair follicle drug and alcohol screening as a condition of
