We’re seeking a Baker Operator to support overnight production of high-quality baked goods on our continuous mixing and pita lines.Job Description:Set up and operate automated mixing and pita production lines per customer and internal specificationsPerform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshootingMonitor product quality through regular testing and adjustments to maintain standardsRecord production and quality control data accurately and on scheduleHandle product changeovers, including equipment prep and cleaningMaintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards, including sanitation of equipment and workspaceFollow traceability procedures and accurately record lot numbersWork closely with supervisors to maintain efficiency and productivityQualifications:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsComfortable working in warm environmentsAbility to read, write, and understand basic English instructionsMust be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.)Willingness to follow strict food and personnel safety protocols
