Job DescriptionConcorde Education is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for a part time, in person cosmetology instructional position. You will be providing direct instruction in the various skills and knowledge of improving hair, nails and skin, as well as recent trends and fashion.Responsibilities
  • Provide direct instruction to elementary, middle, and/or high school students in a variety of cosmetology concepts including:
  • Communication skills
  • Hair styling and treatments
  • Skin treatments
  • Manicure/pedicure techniques, etc.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a cosmetologist
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of cosmetology and best practices
  • Up-to-date with fashion and beauty trends
  • Experience working with school age children
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • High school diploma and successful attendance at a cosmetology school is required
