- This position is contingent upon contract award.
- Coordinate with DSCA IT to ensure IWC is compliant with DoD regulations and provide team support as required or request.
- Serve as a technology liaison for all IWC staff and troubleshoot general technology issues that arise in both the IWC and DSCA environments and manage IWC staff .mil distribution lists though DSCA and add, edit, and delete accounts when necessary.
- Create, deploy, and oversee the management of the IWC AWS GovCloud environment and create monitor and reporting functions for troubleshooting, per DSCA directive, in order to host the IWC website in compliance with Fedramp and other government security guidelines.
- Manage all internal and external technology and/or software solutions used for staff purposes (i.e.., ZoomGov, Survey Monkey, PeakMetrics, FNA, etc.) and manage the Social Sciences Research Initiative (SSRI) which includes the development of the IW Community of Interest Network Mapping Tool (CEREBRO) and the OSINT-In-Support-of-Research Initiative.
- Set up, establish, and run all program IT and audio to include virtual distance learning programs via various media as required.
- Assist faculty and staff with understanding how to use various platforms to conduct distance learning programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to align engagements and other work with the project plan.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting IT operations, web systems, or cloud platforms in a U.S. Government or DoD context.
- CompTIA Security+
- Hands-on experience with AWS GovCloud and compliance with FedRAMP and DoD IT regulations.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems, website development, and user support.
- Experience managing virtual learning platforms and A/V support for online training environments.
- Ability to develop SOPs and documentation for systems operation and training.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Active or eligible for TS/SCI clearance.
