We are currently hiring for AM (6 am-2 pm), PM (2 pm-10 pm), and NOC (10 pm-6 am) shifts. Job Responsibilities: • Provide personal care assistance to residents according to individual care plans. • Document and report any changes in resident health or behaviors to the appropriate supervisor. • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. • Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to promote socialization and well-being. • Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control and safety protocols. • Pass medication. Job Qualifications • 18 years and older • Must be dependable Responsibilities: Responsibilities • Administer Medications: Dispense medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistake. • Resident Response: Attend to resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive care. • Light Housekeeping: Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living space. • Service Charting: Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards. • Assistance with ADLs: Support residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each individual’s Client Service Plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for missed tasks. • Assist patients in completing personal hygiene tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, shaving, etc. • Oversee medication tasks such as opening bottles, organizing self-administered dosing and arranging refills; and assist with meal preparation and planning • Provide personal care tasks such as calling doctors’ offices, scheduling appointments, and coordinating Medicare and other insurance details • Execute basic medical tasks such as replacing bandages and dressings, taking vital signs, measuring glucose, and ensuring the proper use of medical devices Qualifications: Qualifications • Extreme Ownership: Demonstrates accountability, ownership of outcomes, and proactively removes obstacles. • Resourcefulness: Finds effective solutions even with limited resources and independently seeks knowledge. • Passion for Purpose (Big Why): Possesses a strong, genuine dedication to serving and caring for vulnerable adults. • Commitment to Growth: Actively pursues self-improvement and team betterment each day. • Humility: Embraces a solutions-focused attitude, welcoming feedback, and putting egos aside for the best outcome. • Reliability: Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to deliver dependable support. • Gratitude: Maintains a positive outlook, seeking and appreciating the good in all situations. • Current CPR certification and first aid training is needed and you must be able to pass a full employment background check, drug test, and physical • A valid state driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance is required • 1-3 years of experience as an HHA/ home health aide, personal caregiver, nursing assistant, or personal care aid for a home health agency, at patient homes or care facilities settings is needed • Completion of home health aide training programs from community colleges are acceptable - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) is a plus About Company: We believe in living with a purpose outside of ourselves.
