This role is pivotal in aligning hardware design, deployment, and operations with the evolving needs of our software and platform ecosystems. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams responsible for capacity planning, hardware lifecycle management, facilities integration, and operational excellence in physical environments.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end strategy and execution for global physical infrastructure—including hardware platforms, data center IT footprint deployment and management, and capacity planningLead teams responsible for hardware engineering, deployment automation, rack/stack configuration, and physical network integrationPartner closely with cloud platform, SRE, networking, and infrastructure software teams to ensure seamless integration between physical and virtual layersDrive reliability, availability, and efficiency across data center operations through monitoring, automation, and infrastructure standardizationDevelop lifecycle management programs for compute, storage, and network hardware—from procurement to decommissioningEstablish and track KPIs for performance, utilization, power efficiency, and cost optimizationEvaluate emerging hardware technologies and vendor ecosystems to drive innovation and scaleEnsure compliance with operational, security, and environmental regulationsQualifications12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or data center operations, with at least 7 years in a leadership roleDeep expertise in physical infrastructure systems—compute, networking, power, cooling, and data center designProven track record managing global data center or colocation deployments at scale.Strong understanding of integration between hardware, virtualization, and orchestration platformsExperience in hardware lifecycle management, logistics, and infrastructure supply chain operationsFamiliarity with monitoring, telemetry, and automation tools for physical infrastructureExcellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical operations with business goalsThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 202,000 - 304,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
