This role ensures quality control and assurance, maintains analyzers and instruments, and monitors testing accuracy and precision. Proficiency in analyzer operation, calibration, and maintenance is essential.   • 1-2 years of clinical post-degree training is preferred. (Preferred)
Shift availability:M-F 7 1200-2030 pAbility to Commute:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidates must possess an active Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist certification or the ability to obtain licensure within 45 days of hire.
  • One to two years of clinical post-degree training is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general laboratory testing in various area of the laboratory as assigned.
  • Proficient in analyzer and instrument operation, quality control, calibration, and maintenance.
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve instrumentation and testing problems.
  • Analyze clinical data for reporting reasonable and acceptable results.
  • Perform and document daily quality control according to testing procedures.
  • Computer skills required sufficient to perform job successfully.
  • Perform phlebotomy as required for both inpatients & outpatients.
  • Assist in quality assurance processes and programs as assigned.
  • Document all remedial or corrective actions taken.
  • Practices AIDET
  • Assist with general maintenance actions and logs as necessary.
