Position: HVAC Maintenance TechnicianWork Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required occasionallyPay: $23.00-29.00 hourly, depending on experienceOur Benefits:

What You'll Be Doing: Performing routine maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. You'll represent the company with professionalism, provide a positive customer experience, and help identify potential issues before they become major problems.Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in residential HVAC or apartment/property maintenance
  • HVAC training or education strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • EPA Certification
  • Mechanically inclined and able to work with hand and power tools
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
