Your responsibilities will include Responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and manage the plant's QMS, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Manage and participate in internal and external quality audits. Establish and maintain product specifications and quality standards. Implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in implementing and managing a QMS (e.g., ISO 9001). Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, 8D problem-solving). An MBA or advanced degree World Class Manufacturing (WCM) experience Proven strong ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks as well as set expectations for the leaders that are reporting to you. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and drive change. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
