Job Type: RegularWork Location: Market - INTEL - NJ - EdisonOverview:2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Installation Technician Specialist to manage retail installs for a dedicated global merchandising team!About the JobThe Installation Technician is responsible for executing multiple job functions within the client dedicated program including:Personally lead overnight or early morning installations at retailers within a market or regionAccurately track, execute and report on all projects for clientBuild relationships with internal employees, client contacts and retailersTravel to locations within market and region for projects and training field teamMust Have:Valid driver's license is required as travel to additional locations may be necessaryReliable transportation and automobile liability insurance is required to be maintainedAbility to carry any essential work materialsWhat’s in it for you?Weekly payHourly pay starting at $22.00 + per hour based on market locations and candidate experienceNext day pay on-demand with DailyPayPaid trainingPaid travelPaid mileageApparel and equipment provided$30 Mobile ReimbursementScholarship OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramJob Description:Execute and coordinate activities within the Intel divisionPersonally accountable for executing within the region and division of shared servicesResponsible to accurately tracking and executing all work for IntelResponsible for overnight and early morning installationResponsible for virtual software application team managementResponsible and lead for 2+ person team installationsSuccessfully develop and building relationships with shared services division as many of the 2 person teams will use Shared services staffContribute to team effort by assisting other team members within Intel divisionTravel to locations within market and region for multiple programs and projects within Intel division as neededExecute all local, market and regional projects as needed and requested by Intel programTrain other local, market and regional team members as needed and requested by shared services for the Intel work to be executedLead by example and work with all Intel and shared services team members and through cross functional processes over all aspects of the companyPerform all other duties as assignedPerformance Measurements:Meets established weekly/monthly projects goals/quotasCustomer/client satisfaction based on the Intel KPI's providedQualifications:Must have a smart wireless device with an enabled back facing camera, this will be used for job acceptance, scheduling, reporting and video validation – we will reimburse $50 per moth FT and $30 per month PT for dedicated team staffMust have ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and be able to travel by plane or other means to get to other statesMust have the ability to train and work with other Installers remotelyMust have reliable transportationMust be willing to submit to background and drug checkMust have at least 5 years of technology display installation experience and training experience1+ year experience of Interactive display installation, maintenance, complex retail display troubleshooting, advanced display assembly, fabrication, and/or basic field engineeringStrong English oral and written communication skills. Basic math and measurement understanding and skillsOwns or has access to various tools required to perform work on interactive displays to include low voltage trouble shooting tools, power tools, etc. and uses tools for install and maintenance of deliverables that will be required to complete required responsibilitiesExperienced in reading, understanding, and following planograms, display assembly instructions and setting fixtures as defined by project planning mapsApplicant must pass installation knowledge assessmentMust be able to clearly write and speak English, bilingual a plusMust be able to work both from home (in a quiet environment for phone calls) and work outside of home in stores or other venues across the US, primarily in local marketPhysical Requirements:Capable and willing to meet the physical demands to include but not limited to being able to safely climb up and down ladders, materials and tools; lift up to 50 pounds unassisted that could include materials that are 2-3 feet wide; work in tight and cramped spaces, be able to work from floor to ceiling, and remain active and on feet for up to six hours continuouslyCapable and willing to safely pull and push pallets and boxes of retail fixtures that could be up to 500 lbs. over distances of 300 yards, and sometimes over uneven flooring surfacesAble and willing to follow required PPE based on local laws and retailer requirementsWhat You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
